Social context in early life phases has long-term effects on Greylag geese

A team led by behaviour biologists Didone Frigerio and Georgine Szipl from the Konrad Lorenz Research Center of the University of Vienna investigated how Greylag geese's integration into the group affected physiology, aggressive disputes and fitness.
